Dr. Harpreet A De Singh is a distinguished aviation professional and spiritual thought leader with over 36 years of experience, including 31 years with Air India. Her career spans leadership roles across strategy, operations, safety, governance, and transformation—making her one of the most accomplished figures in Indian aviation.
Currently serving as Group Chief – Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Governance, Risk & Compliance at Tata Air India Group, she leads enterprise-wide integration of systems, processes, and ethical frameworks across the organisation.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Dr. Harpreet is the founder of HARPS Foundation and the philosophy of Pure Soul Consciousness, a way of living that integrates spirituality with everyday life, leadership, and decision-making. Her work focuses on enabling individuals and organisations to operate with awareness, purpose, and inner clarity.
She has also been a long-standing contributor to aviation and social development through multiple leadership roles, including:
